data bank of the Black Sea ship's vertical temperature and salinity profiles.
- Method and (software ) used for map creation :
Received by the multi-step averaging of ship's
measurements in spherical trapeziumes with latitudinal size
21 min. and longitudinal size 28 min. and subsequent objective
interpolation on regular grid with 10.5(14.0 min discretization.
Total number of observations - 6481. The part of trapeziumes
without observations-4%.Maps were created as result of collaboration
of State Oceanographical Institute, Moscow State University and
Marine Hydrophysical Institute (Ukranian National Academy of Sciences,Sebastopol).
